Self Seeking!

“Love…is not self-seeking…” 1 Corinthians 13:5 (NIV) If you do not love yourself, how can you expect to love others and how can you expect others to love you? Love is not self-seeking; one of the best ways to avoid self-seeking is taking care of yourself, so that you can give your best to others. Amen. PRAYER! Lord, give me the grace to be the best I can be so that I can give my best to others in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Honor!

“Love…does not dishonor others…” 1 Corinthian 13:5 (NIV) Anytime you dishonor, you do not love. You love the people in your life by honoring them. Honor God by the way you live your life daily and let that honor flow through you to others. Honor gives encouragement to others and blessings to you. Amen. PRAYER! Lord, give me the grace to live my life to honor You and others. Reveal any element of dishonor in my life and give me the grace to overcome in Jesus’ name. Amen.
