When the going gets tough, the tough ask for help. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of humility and strength. God is willing to help you and He can also use others to help you. You do not have to fight the addiction, sickness, relationship problems and spiritual, physical, mental and emotional problems on your own. Ask for help with confidence. Amen.

Lord, give me the grace to ask for help when needed. I rely on and I trust in You in Jesus’ name. Amen.
