Be swift to pray, read and study the Bible. Give thanks, listen to the Holy Spirit and pay attention to the people in your life. Be slow to speak, think before you speak, think before making a decision, be slow to anger and choose your battles wisely. Focus your energy. Amen.

Lord, I thank You for the grace to be swift to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger in all my dealings in Jesus’ name. Amen.
