“He who guards his mouth preserves his life, But he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction.” Proverbs 13:3

One of the ways to preserve your life and others’ lives is to guard your mouth. What you say about yourself and others can create or destroy. Think before you speak even when you are angry. Let the words of your mouth be filled with compassion, grace and encouragement. Amen.

PRAYER!

Lord, give me the grace to guard my mouth with all diligence in Jesus’ name. Amen.
